Our conference venues caters to small and big groups. Team building for corporate groups.

We offer a variety of tastings for special occasions. Whiskey, brandy, beer, wine tastings, Riedel glass tastings, food and wine pairings. For the tea lover’s we have the Droombos High Tea – a truly unique experience.

Lifestyle Breakfast 

Double cream yoghurt bowl served with a granola mix topped with seasonal fruit infused with cardamom and star anise.

Spanish Egg Scramble 

Scrambled eggs with corn, mixed peppers and chorizo(spicy Spanish sausage) topped with spring onion and parmesan.

Droombos Breakfast 

Two eggs (fried/poached/scrambled), bacon, breakfast sausage, pan-fried tomato, grilled mushrooms and potato cubes.

Farm Style French Omelette 

Omelette made with a choice of whole egg or only egg white and a choice of three fillings. Ham, cheese, tomato, onion, feta, bacon and mushroom. More than three fillings will be charged per item at 20

Herbed Mushroom on Toast or Brinjal 
Toast or parmesan crumbed brinjal slice with layers of grilled mushroom, sautéedin home-made basil pesto, cream cheese and rocket, topped with a poached egg.

Eggs Benedict 

Two poached eggs with crispy bacon or smoked salmon served with a choice of avomayo or fresh hollandaise sauce on an English muffin, bread or potato rosti.

Flapjacks
Served with one of the following two options:

Seasonal fruit, crèmefraiche and maple syrup. 

The American way with fried eggs, smoked bacon and flavoured maple syrup on the side.

FROM THE GRILL

Our meat is grilled with no basting, only salt and pepper to maximise the flavour of the cut and topped with a generous dollop of one of the butter flavours of your choice.

Butter Flavours: Garlic, peppadew, truffle, parsley or coffee.
